Strength training One hour
One hour with weights and 40 crunches. 2 sets 12 easch 30lbs overhead press on the ball- afraid to do 35lbs without Jon spotting me. 12 lb flys.
squats 10lb on each side
Need to do more crunches.
Wish I could work out with Jon more than once a week. What a difference that would make!
