Hi, I just joined the Sweat365 community
My goals are: Danskin triathlon
After years of inactivity, I hired a great personal trainer, go to the gym 5-6 days a week, learned how to swim AND and have entered the Danskin Triathlon in September with my daughter. (I just turned 57)
This is my training blog which I am using to keep track of my fitness progress.
Please come by and read my blog. I will help me stay motivated and keep me on track as I achieve my fitness goals!

Good for you!! I decided to do a sprint tri in 2006 with only 5 weeks to train. I literally came straight off the couch. But I did it. I had two goals in mind… finish and not be last! I accomplished both. Keep up the good work!

I’m glad to hear you’re taking on your fitness and triathlon. I love triathlon, and I think you’ll really enjoy it too! There are so many nice people in the sport.
